Zoom Rooms Training

Our expert trainer will show you how our rooms compare to legacy solutions in the market from both the user perspective & web management. We’ll take a look at digital signage, scheduling displays, and book a zoom room with calendar integration before wrapping up with host and participant controls available from Zoom’s tablet controller.

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of Zoom Meetings. Pro license or higher with Zoom Room add-on required to operate Zoom Rooms.

At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify devices and peripherals that make up a Zoom Room;
- Manage in-room & remote attendee controls on a Zoom Room controller;
- Identify web management & analytical tools available for Zoom Rooms.
